360° build documentation

Know what's behind your walls

Xavier captures a full 360° walkthrough of your new build at every milestone — including the stages that get sealed up. Open a link and walk any room, at any stage, years after you move in.

How it works

Five captures. The whole story.

We show up at the milestones that matter, shoot every room in 360°, and have it in your inbox the same day.

  1. 1

    Foundation

    Week 1

Footings, slab and setbacks, recorded before any of it goes under backfill.

  2. 2

    Framing

    Week 6

Walls up. Every stud, header and opening still visible from both sides.

  3. 3

    Rough-in

    Week 10

Every wire, pipe and duct on the record, before anything covers it.

  4. 4

    Drywall

    Week 14

The last chance to see what's behind the walls.

  5. 5

    Finish

    Week 20

Cabinets, fixtures, paint — the house exactly as you took delivery of it.

For buyers

The photos stop. The record doesn't.

What you get today is three snapshots of a wall, and nothing at all from the week the walls closed up. Xavier gives you the whole floor at every stage — so you catch the misplaced outlet while it's still a five-minute fix, and still have the rough-in years after you move in.

  • Walk any room, any milestone, from your phone
  • Compare this week against last, side by side
  • Share a link with family, your inspector, or your lender

For builders

Fewer calls, better records

Every buyer wants pictures. Send one link instead, and keep a dated, complete record of what went behind the drywall. When a question comes up two years after closing, the answer is a link instead of an argument.

  • Cut the "can you send photos?" calls
  • Documented rough-in for every trade
  • Branded share links, and volume pricing across your homes

Pricing

Priced per home

No subscription. No per-seat pricing. Pay once for the build.

Talk to us

Questions

How often do you capture?

Five build milestones on the Complete plan, foundation through finish. Essential covers three of them, and builders documenting several homes at once set their own cadence — talk to us.

Is this an inspection?

No, and we're careful about the difference. We document what a stage looked like on the day; we don't certify that anything is correct, safe or up to code. Guardian adds a written review that points out what may be worth a closer look, but the call still belongs to a licensed inspector or engineer.

Do I need a headset?

No. Walkthroughs open in any browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. Drag to look around, tap to move between positions.

Who can see my walkthroughs?

Only people you share the link with. Nothing is public and nothing is indexed by search engines.

What happens after we close?

This is the part most people underestimate. Your walkthroughs stay available for the term on your plan, and the rough-in capture is the one people come back to years later — when a contractor needs to know what's behind a wall before cutting into it, or a warranty claim turns on what went in and when.

What if my build runs long?

Milestones are events, not dates. We capture when the stage happens, however long the build takes.
