Know what was built, and what's behind your walls
A house is assembled in public and then sealed shut. We document it while it's still open, so the record of how your home was built belongs to you rather than to whoever happened to have a phone out that week.
Why this exists
The most important weeks are the ones nobody photographs
Every wire, pipe, duct and stud in a new house is visible for a few days and then covered for the life of the building. What survives that window is usually three photos of a wall, taken from whatever angle someone happened to be standing at.
That's fine right up until it isn't — a misplaced outlet during framing, a warranty question two years after closing, a contractor who needs to know what's behind the drywall before cutting into it. Then the difference between a good record and no record is the difference between a link and an argument.
Xavier exists to make the good record the default, at a price that makes sense for one house.

Evidence first
Everything we tell you points back to something we captured. If it isn't in an image or a document you can open yourself, we don't assert it.
Potential concerns, not verdicts
We are not inspectors, engineers or code officials. We record what a stage looked like and flag what seems worth a closer look. The judgement belongs to someone licensed to make it.
Capture once, use for years
The build ends; the questions don't. The same walkthrough that settles an argument during framing is the one you open before cutting into a wall in 2034.
Know when to hand off
Some things need a person on site. We say so plainly and early, rather than leaving you to work out that a photo isn't going to settle it.
Where we are
Early, and saying so
Xavier is documenting its first new-construction homes. The product today is exactly what's on the pricing page: a person on site at the milestones that matter, a full 360° capture of every room, and a link that opens on any phone or laptop.
There's no stock photography anywhere on this site and no customer logos, because we don't have either yet. The house on the home page is an illustration, drawn rather than photographed, for the same reason.
